Spring Serenade

The trees are in bloom. Spring has arrived.

This is a picture of a dove from last year. I was able to get up really close. I even touched it. Soft birdy. :) Then it layed two pearly white eggs. Then they hatched into grey, ugly chicks. But I'm sure that they are now just as beautiful as their mother. :)

Ornithologist in the making

I want to be an ornithologist. :) I love studying birds, and want to be a parakeet breeder for a job. And finch breeder. And parrot breeder. And cockatiel breeder. And a canary breeder. In general, I love birds. :)

A day with the Parakeets

We just clipped Hank's wings, so we were really excited to play with Hark and him. My parakeets were supposed to play in the empty water jug, but they were too interested in each other. Silly parakeets.

Now they are on their new ladder... Hank is taking all the space up. Hehe.

Hank: "No! No! Not the bird bath!" Me: "Yes! The bird bath!" *evil chuckle*

Hark: "Mwahaha... Destroy the plastic mermaid's hand... Nyahaha!"

Cuddle time on the paper towels.

Bye-bye!

Where is that prince?

Here is a LEGO Stopmotion video I created a while ago... You will see my hand a few times. Heh. Don't expect to hear anything, 'cause there isn't any noise. I will give the main plot because it is a little confusing and jerky.
A princess is going to be executed. I don't know why. The handsome prince comes and is going to save her when the executioner chops off her head. The prince is frightened and exits the scene. My group of head collectors come to add her head to their collection. I had more, but I couldn't find it. You will have to settle for this. :) Enjoy!

Four for now

Before I post this picture, be sure to remember I was, what, nine? And I was drawing with Crayons. Not the best for my type of drawing, I must say. One more thing: Our camera was having difficulties, so you will most likely see a black smudge on every picture in the top left corner. Well, here it is:

This next one is a picture a drew with paint and a feather pen made by myself. There is the black smudge... 0.0

This is a picture I drew for my music teacher. As you may have guessed, we were learning how to play the recorder.

Here is a drawing I particularly enjoy. I was drawing one of my -I think seven- teddy bears. Heh.

That is it, but there will be more! Thank you! :)

Pet Intro

Here is an introduction to our beloved pets:

This is our fat and lazy miniature schnauzer, Jack. He can be obnoxious at some moments, then others, he is as snuggly as a kitten. (Are kittens snuggly?) Anyway, we love our dog. Very much.

Now for the parakeets: Hark is on the left, and Hank is on the right.
I will start with Hark. She is very ferocious and vicious, and bites really hard. She is the younger of the two, and not matter how hard she bites, I will love her. So much. I love her little black eyes. I think she likes Hank more than I like her, though. Hehe. She still squabbles with him though, when they fight to escape my intruding hand in their cage.
Hank is pretty willing to be picked up, and the only thing he wants to bite is fingernails. Why fingernails? Why not the cuttlebone? Oh, well. He's adorable. He has his wings clipped (by myself), and it is really fun to take him out of the cage for a birdbath.
Sweet birdies.

Well, those are our pets! Expect to see plenty more from them...

The Gateway to This Castle

Welcome to my blog, whether ye be human, elf, dwarf, fae, goblin, gwar, dinosaur, chordate, invertebrate- er, nevermind. I think I'm getting a little too specific. Hehe. Though I must add, the only things that aren't really aloud are wisps. Beware them.
Ugh! I'm getting off topic! What I mean to say is Welcome. Greetings. Put it anyway you like, but please get yourself a seat and make yourself at home, for you will be here a long time. I think. Let me rephrase that. I hope you will be here a long time.
I will be posting mainly drawings, photos, maybe videos, and just posts of... Stuff.
Watch out for medieval spies lurking behind doors with swords drawn, because I can tell you now, they don't enjoy the presence of visitors.

Thank you for coming to my blog!
